A senior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Ellie is a double major in journalism and psychology. A photographer and a writer, she focuses on telling personal, people-driven stories with the goal of showcasing what is often forgotten: that everyone is interesting. In her free time, Ellie enjoys spending time in the woods with friends and leading backpacking trips for teenagers, most recently in Alaska last summer. After graduating in May, she hopes to combine her love of writing, photography and connecting with others with her passion for outdoor adventure.
